It's Been A While...

Well our last month has been full of firsts, special events, travels, family, and fun.  We enjoyed celebrating with our church family at the Christmas service, "Following The Star" and thanking the Lord for sending his Son to earth.  We celebrated Christmas with Lyndsey's family first.  Logan was loved and spoiled by Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Bud and Aunt Sammi.  Then we traveled to Texas to celebrate with Brad's family.  Aside from each of us getting sick, it was great to spend time with our Texas family.  Logan had a blast spending time with his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He received many fun gifts there also.

Then we spent New Years in Carmel with Dada and Momum at their beautiful new home.  It was so beautiful that Lyndsey's family joined us for a few days also.  We watched sunsets, saw whales and dolphins, and relaxed.  It was a great vacation, then good to be home.  Our next plane trip will be to Oklahoma in May to watch Aunt Sammi graduate from Oklahoma University!

In the last week we have also celebrated Lyndsey's Dad's birthday and Brad's 30th birthday.  Brad celebrated with a trip to The Oinkster with several guys to indulge in pastrami and pulled pork.  He says it was a good start to the year!

Logan is more active than ever, and is trying hard every day to walk.  He is standing very easily and moving while holding on to things, but really wants to let go and move on his own.  We'll update pictures and even some videos on this soon.  It's fun to see more and more of his personality as he's growing up.

Happy New Year, we hope that 2012 is full of joy for you.  Here is a bunch of photos from our trips.

Logan loves his Mimi.

Mimi and Granddaddy recorded him Love You Forever for Christmas.  Cousins Lizzie and Alex also recorded him a special story.  We love listening to them.
