Claire is 3 months old! Here are a few 3 month pics. We also got her first "real" 3 month pictures taken at Picture People, and she was adorable, as usual. She is laughing a lot these days, truly enjoying having a big brother (he plays with her now- it's so sweet), and continues to be a sweet sweet baby girl. Unfortunately Brad and Logan have been sick for a week and Claire got a cold too, but everyone seems to be on the mend.

We've had a busy few weeks (before everyone got sick) and here are lots of pictures of our outings and play time at home. The beginning of January is always a busy time for us as we celebrate my dad's birthday (Jan. 7th), our anniversary (Jan. 8th), and Brad's birthday (Jan. 12th). We celebrated our anniversary with a date night to Roy's and Disneyland. We had a fabulous dinner and watched the fireworks show at Disneyland. It is hard to believe it's been 9 years since we said our vows to each other. God has blessed us tremendously with a rich life full of loving family, faithful friends, a church where we continue to grow, learn, and serve, and 2 wonderful kids.
We are looking forward to seeing Susan this weekend and for her to meet Claire! We are also continuing to pray for our niece, Lizzie, as the family is trying to decide what the best course of action is for the bone infection in her ankle. Please pray for insight from a new group of doctors (at MD Anderson) and healing.
We celebrated New Year's Eve at the Barrett's house. We had a great time and Logan partied all night long! He didn't go to bed until 1 am! Crazy kid. He enjoyed playing with all of the kids and with Jude's new tool bench. =) The pic on the left is Katie holding Claire. I remember holding Katie when she was just a baby girl!
Sometimes when she sleeps she looks like a doll to me.
This is a dress that Aunt Leslie saved and passed along to Claire. It is a beautiful baby dress. Claire wore it to our friend's wedding!
She is deep in thought here. =)
Claire went with me to the church office to work on Sunday School curriculum a couple of times and she did such a great job just hanging out with me. Here she is in her cute coat from Jodi.
Cutie at the mall!
At the birthday dinner that my mom cooked (for my dad, Brad, and Pablo) Claire wore her "I Love My Aunt" shirt.
Our church friends had a meet-up at the Chino Youth Museum. Logan loved playing with all of the pretend food. Here he is pretending to eat a pear.
He also loved opening and closing the "kid sized" door for all the kids. =)
Playing with Mason and Dylan outside the museum! =)
My friend Tynisia took us to the La Habra Children's Museum also. This museum is SO fun and Logan had a blast. Here he is on the mini merry-go-round. He also got to dig for dinosaur bones, "drive" a race car and fill it up with gas, dress up, build things, do an art project, see an amazing model train display, and go "shopping" for food. He loves playing with his buddies Caleb and Noemi.
At the museum he got to play on a bus too!
Playing at the mall.
On Brad's birthday we went to the mall so he could do some shopping. The boys rode the train!
Logan helped me bring in the trash cans in his Superman PJ's, fireman hat, and fireman boots...his current favorite outfit...of course!
Logan said, "Mom, take a picture of us."
Silly hair with Daddy after bath time.
Love.
Here is Logan's finished Nativity Advent project from Christmas. Yes, there are shepherds, a donkey, and a camel in the sky, but he enjoyed it and was excited about baby Jesus. =)
We got to see Jonathan and Katie at Disneyland last weekend! Here we are on "It's a Small World" (Claire's first time to ride it). It was great to see them and to meet Katie's parents and sister. Unfortunately Logan had a hard day but they were very sweet about it! Congrats to Jonathan, Katie, and Fufi on completing the Disney half marathon!
Logan loves his new "Planes" blanket from Mimi and Granddaddy and sleeps with it every night.
Good night all!

Love it all and want to see you all!
ReplyDeleteThanks Leslie. We miss you all too! =)
