My sweet father-in-law sent me flowers on Mother's Day. They're beautiful and it was very thoughtful.
We had a play date with 8 kids at our house last week! Here is our little fireman with his good friend, construction worker Nico!
I helped with a baby shower for my good friend, Gina, a couple of weeks ago. Gina is due on June 6th, and they're waiting to see if it's a boy or girl! So exciting!
Logan, Claire, and I went to Mother's Beach in Long Beach last week! We went with 9 of my mom friends and 24 kids! This beach is great because there aren't any waves (it's in a cove area). Logan had a blast and wanted to go so deep and see "Nemo" (his words). =) They were also taping an episode of NCIS that day.
Sweet Claire slept in the Bjorn on me. As you can see life is tough with an active older brother! This was her first beach trip!
He really loved the water.

After the beach both kids really needed a bath, so they had their first one together! This is also Claire's first time without the sling part of her tub. They had a blast.
Mother's Day lunch at my mom and dad's house. Love this. =)

Logan got a fun new bubble machine from Jani (my mom's life long friend). He loves it! She also buys the best books and got us two more for our collection. Thanks Jani! As I'm writing this I just noticed that Jani got Claire the onesie that she's wearing below too. She spoils us for sure!
Look who's 7 months old! Time is flying! I am going to have to try these 7 months photos again because Claire was tired and fussy. But I thought I'd include some of the "outtakes" below. Even those make me smile. =)
She didn't want to lie down, so I sat her up. Then she knocked her pink teddy over to play with it.
Mommy fixed teddy and she QUICKLY grabbed the sign.
Mommy moved the sign up. She kept looking for it...
She found it...
And ate it...
And cried when Mommy tried to "swap" the sun toy for the sign. Then Logan woke up so that was the end of that!
Claire loves to play with this piano. She'll love hearing Dada play on his baby grand!
We met our friends at the park-- and they brought Logan a donut! This is his happy face!
Claire's first time to swing! She smiled, giggled, and seemed to really enjoy it.
The boys chased the ducks.
I watched my friend's 3 little girls for the day. I thought this was so sweet-- they all wanted to sit together and eat popcorn and graham crackers while they watched Berenstein Bears.
